Role Overview

The Senior Program Regional Lead – Skilling & Partners (EMEA) is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving alignment between global skilling strategies and regional execution. This role operates within a complex, matrixed environment to ensure effective delivery of partner skilling initiatives and measurable business impact.

Core Functions

  • Design and implement regional skilling frameworks aligned to global priorities
  • Drive execution of partner skilling initiatives and ensure measurable outcomes
  • Manage stakeholder coordination across global, regional, and partner teams
  • Define and track performance scorecards (certifications, adoption, engagement)
  • Lead skilling campaigns, prioritization, and pipeline management
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve program impact
  • Lead and mentor Program Managers to ensure delivery excellence

Key Responsibilities

  • Align regional target plans with global strategy
  • Identify and resolve execution gaps across regions
  • Ensure visibility and governance of all skilling initiatives
  • Monitor and report on success metrics including certifications and adoption

Qualifications

Required:

  • 7+ years of experience in program management / partner ecosystem / skilling
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical capabilities

Preferred:

  • 3+ years in people management
  • Experience with tools such as Power BI, Jira
