AI Summary

Own the vision and roadmap for modern end-user experiences, including AI-assisted interfaces and data-driven dashboards. Partner with design and engineering teams to ship intuitive, high-adoption features while maintaining a direct line to customers to inform product strategy.

At Quickbase, we help organizations build better ways to run their operations. Our products give teams the flexibility to create applications around how their work actually happens, connecting people, information, and processes so they can keep work moving as needs change.

For more than 25 years, organizations have turned to Quickbase to solve operational challenges that off-the-shelf software wasn't built for. Today, we’re building on that foundation with new products and new possibilities for how people create, adapt, and improve the systems their work depends on.

Working at Quickbase means helping find better ways forward. We’re a team of curious, collaborative people who care about solving problems, learning as we go, and building things that make work better for our customers and each other.

Title: Sr Product Manager

Location: Remote, US

Reporting to: VP, Product Management

Department: Product Management

We are modernizing how people experience Quickbase. We are investing in a new generation of end-user experiences that are more visual, more intuitive, and increasingly powered by AI, so the people who use Quickbase every day get to answers and outcomes faster.

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own this. You will set and drive the strategy for modern end-user experiences across the platform: how people interact with their data, how they consume insight, and how AI helps them find, build, and act. This is a senior individual contributor role today, with high visibility, a direct line to product leadership, and the potential to grow into a leadership role as the team scales.

What you will do

  • Own the vision and roadmap for modern end-user experiences, including AI-assisted interfaces, dashboards, and the ways people consume and act on their data.
  • Partner closely with Design and Engineering to ship experiences that raise adoption and daily engagement, not just feature count.
  • Bring AI into the experience where it earns its place: reducing time to value, surfacing insight, and making the product feel effortless for non-technical users.
  • Spend time with customers every week. Turn what you hear, alongside usage data and competitive research, into a sharp point of view on where to play and win.
  • Define the metrics that matter, including adoption, engagement, retention, and AI feature adoption, and hold the work to them.
  • Prioritize ruthlessly and communicate trade-offs clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Do more of the work yourself. Prototype with AI, draft your own flows, and cut handoffs where it makes the team faster.

What success looks like

  • A clear, differentiated strategy for end-user experience that leadership and the field rally behind.
  • Measurable gains in adoption and engagement, and a rising share of users active in AI features.
  • Experiences customers describe as modern and easy, showing up in retention and expansion.

Qualifications

Required

  • 8+ years in product management, with a track record of owning end-user-facing experiences that moved adoption and engagement.
  • Deep SaaS product experience, ideally with a PaaS or platform product.
  • Highly technical. You understand APIs, data models, and how systems connect, and can hold your own with engineering, without being a developer yourself.
  • Strong design sensibility and a high bar for craft. You know what good feels like and push for it.
  • You work fluently with leading AI tools and use them daily, from research and synthesis to specs and prototypes.
  • Fluency with product analytics and a habit of deciding from data and direct customer contact.
  • Experience shipping AI-powered or data-rich experiences for non-technical users.
  • Excellent communication and the ability to influence executives, Design, and Engineering.

Preferred

  • Low-code or no-code platform experience is a bonus.
  • Design chops. You are comfortable designing yourself and have used tools like Figma, Figma Make, or Claude Design to prototype and communicate ideas.
  • Experience modernizing legacy experiences or leading a UI generational shift.
  • People-management or team-leadership experience is a plus. This is an individual contributor role today, but it may flex into a leadership role as the team grows.

How you work

  • Customer-obsessed, in front of users every week.
  • Craft-driven, with strong taste for simple, modern experiences.
  • Bias for action, shipping and iterating from evidence.
  • Low-ego collaborator who makes the team around you better.
