PrescriberPoint, a Series A startup incubated by BCG Digital Ventures and funded by Lilly, Pfizer, MasterCard, and Adobe, is modernizing how U.S. healthcare professionals (HCPs) get patients on therapy. Our platform streamlines prescribing by bringing together trusted drug information, coverage and prior authorization requirements, patient affordability options, and practice tools—while enabling compliant collaboration with pharmaceutical brand teams.
Our marketing team ships a lot of creative, across a lot of surfaces. We're hiring a Sr. Marketing Design Lead to own the craft behind it.
This is a senior individual contributor role with unusually wide scope. Social design is a core, ongoing part of the job — a steady volume of paid and organic assets across platforms. Around that, the work runs from a banner ad to a full conference booth, and from a landing page to a press-ready print run. It's a good fit for a designer who likes range, wants to shape strategy rather than just receive briefs, and cares about the systems that make good work repeatable.
There's one part of this role that's genuinely different from most design jobs: people across this company build their own creative with Claude, and you'll own the agents, instructions, and templates that keep what they make on-brand. It's design systems work, pointed at AI output instead of a component library.
You'll report to the Director, Agency & Creative Services and partner closely with marketing, sales, customer success, and product marketing — plus the pharma brands we work with. There are no direct reports. Instead, you'll build and run our external creative bench — sourcing and vetting freelancers, bringing in specialists for work we don't do in-house, and owning the quality of everything they hand back.
Social Paid and organic creative across platforms, at real volume — campaign assets, always-on content, and the reusable templates and sizing systems that keep production fast without flattening the work.
Digital creative Banner and display advertising (programmatic, DSP, retargeting), campaign landing pages and web design, and email and lifecycle creative.
Sales enablement Pitch decks, one-pagers, and leave-behinds; investor and partner materials; reusable templates and tools the rest of the team can pick up and run with.
Print and production Large-format signage, event collateral, printed handouts and booklets, direct mail, and swag. You'll spec files correctly, source and evaluate print vendors on cost, quality, and turnaround, and manage the handoff through to delivery.
Brand Day-to-day stewardship of the PrescriberPoint visual system. You'll build and organize template libraries, contribute components and patterns to the design system, and keep our brand guidelines current and actually usable.
AI-assisted creative, and the guardrails around it People across this company make things with Claude — decks, social posts, one-pagers — without going through a designer. That's by design, and it only works if the brand holds. You'll own that: the design agents, the instructions and skills behind them, the template libraries they draw from, and the review points where a human still needs to look. When output drifts off-brand, fixing the system is your job, not just fixing the file.
The external creative bench When capacity spills over or a project needs a skill we don't have in-house, you'll go find the right person. That means actively sourcing and vetting freelancers, illustrators, motion designers, and production specialists — reviewing portfolios, running trials, negotiating scope and rates, and keeping a roster warm before you need it. Then briefing them clearly, reviewing tightly, and owning the final delivery as your own.
Conference presence Booth strategy and layout planned around the audience and the sales team's goals, vendor sourcing for print, swag, and activations, materials ordering, and a read on what worked so the next one is better.
Process Naming conventions, organized asset libraries, and honest audits of both our designs and how we produce them — with proposals for what should change.
Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, layout and spatial planning software for booth design, and AI tools including Claude.
The base for this role is budgeted $90-115k based on location and experience. There is a bonus based on company and functional performance that we’ve overpaid two of the last three years.
So, why (on earth!) would you want to leave what you’re doing and join us?
