THE GROWTH TEAM

We are looking for a technically driven and highly analytical Senior Growth Analyst to join our Growth team.

The Growth team combines data analysis, experimentation, business understanding, and deep product knowledge to drive advertiser performance. This is not only a campaign management role: you will own performance strategies, understand how Jampp’s technology and optimization models work, investigate complex challenges, and turn data into measurable improvements.

You will work closely with Customer Success, Product, Data Science, Supply, and other technical teams to improve advertiser results, our product, and the way we work.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own the strategy, setup, execution, and optimization of performance campaigns, with a strong focus on CPA, ROAS, sustainable growth, and advertiser outcomes.
• Work with Customer Success to translate advertiser goals into strategies and identify opportunities to retain and grow accounts.
• Develop a deep understanding of Jampp’s products and ML-driven optimization models, including audiences, supply, attribution, creatives, measurement, and campaign configurations.
• Independently investigate performance issues across model behavior, supply, attribution, tracking, data, and campaign configurations.
• Design, execute, and own structured experiments, defining hypotheses and success metrics and driving measurable advertiser performance improvements.
• Use SQL, BI platforms, and AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to independently analyze data, identify opportunities, investigate performance issues, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Product and Data Science on product and model experimentation, providing evidence-based feedback and translating validated learnings into scalable best practices.
• Identify repetitive or manual tasks that can be automated to improve the team’s efficiency.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or another relevant quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in performance advertising, AdTech, growth, data analytics, or a related industry.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing performance campaigns, including CPA or ROAS optimization, attribution, and experimentation. Mobile, programmatic, or DSP experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of performance measurement, attribution, optimization models, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently investigate complex performance issues and communicate clear recommendations.
• Demonstrated experience designing and owning experiments that delivered measurable performance improvements.
• SQL proficiency, with the ability to independently query, combine, and analyze data to investigate complex business and performance questions.
• Experience using BI and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT for analysis, SQL, problem-solving, and workflow automation, with the ability to validate their outputs.
• Experience partnering with Customer Success teams to translate advertiser goals into performance strategies and recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Data Science, or other technical teams.
• Advanced English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, hands-on, and collaborative working style with strong attention to detail and organization.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Python or another scripting language for data analysis and automation.
• Experience connecting to and working with APIs to extract data or automate processes.
