Job Description
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute central marketing strategies and develop regional marketing plans to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with central marketing, sales teams, medical affairs, and local cross-functional teams to effectively implement and execute initiatives within the region.
  • Lead regional project planning, execution, and evaluation to enhance efficiency and impact.
  • Identify market opportunities and support the sales team in recognizing key customers and growth pathways to drive business expansion.
  • Provide training to sales teams to improve overall sales effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on sales and/or marketing; experience in the HIV field is preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking and market insight, with excellent execution capability and a drive for excellence.
  • High learning agility and self-motivation, with the ability to quickly adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Strong results orientation, resilience under pressure, and the ability to consistently drive progress in complex and challenging environments.
  • Alignment with Gilead’s values and culture, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills and professional integrity.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Clinical Medicine is preferred.
