Job Brief:
We are looking for a Manager of BI and Analytics to lead our Business Intelligence and Analytics team at Creative Chaos. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools, and will be responsible for translating data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the BI and Analytics team in developing and implementing data-driven strategies that align with business goals.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data sources, design data models, and ensure data integrity.
  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights to support business initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in BI and analytics, and recommend improvements to existing processes.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement of BI tools and technologies as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business intelligence and analytics, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proficient in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills, with expertise in SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Understanding of business operations and strategic planning in a corporate environment.
