Channel Partners is looking for an experienced, passionate, and detail-driven Sr. Global Fixture Operations Manager to lead the landing of Microsoft’s store-in-store fixture program, including production and deployment of in-store fixtures across global retail environments. Reporting to the Director, Client Service, you will own the fixture program operations, including production, part inventory & management, engagement with the design team, partnering closely with principals and brand clients, and with operations and field teams, to bring retail concepts from floor plan to installed fixture while ensuring quality, scalability, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Pay
USD $90,000.00/Yr.

What You'll Do
- Fixture production, including leading the end-to-end development of in-store fixtures from concept and prototyping through sourcing, sampling, and final manufacturing
- Store layouts and plan-o-grams, developing and maintaining store layouts and plan-o-grams that optimize product placement, traffic flow, and the in-store customer experience
- Floor plans and renderings, producing and reviewing floor plans and quad/floor-plan renderings to visualize fixture placement and store configurations for principal review and sign-off
- Day-to-day principal and client partnerships, translating retail, branding, and merchandising goals into executable fixture and layout solutions
- Responsible for working within a set of assigned hours for client projects & campaigns as assigned by management, and logging time effectively
- Operations and fixtures coordination, partnering with operations, production, and field teams to manage fixture rollouts, installations, and ongoing maintenance across multiple global locations
- Vendor and production management, overseeing vendor relationships, production schedules, budgets, and quality standards so fixtures are delivered on spec, on time, and on budget
- Project manage individual tasks from assignment to delivery, tracking scope, timelines, and deliverables across multiple accounts in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Quality, safety, and brand compliance, ensuring all fixtures and store layouts meet brand standards, safety requirements, and retail compliance guidelines
- Other duties as assigned by management
What You'll Bring
Experience and Education:
Required:
- 4+ years of experience in in-store fixture design and production, retail store planning (plan-o-grams and store layouts), or visual merchandising, with a strong preference for experience supporting global retail brands or principals
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively aligning priorities across diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of fixture materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes (millwork, metal, acrylic, wire, and injection-molded components) and the ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and fixture engineering drawings
- Experience managing global vendors and suppliers, including sourcing, RFQs, cost estimating, production timelines, and freight/logistics for multi-market fixture rollouts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for specifications, bills of materials (BOMs), budgets, and presentations; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, or Asana)
Preferred:
- Knowledge and experience working with retail principals and brand clients and an understanding of premium and flagship retail environments; familiarity with plan-o-gram software and fixture production processes strongly preferred
- Experience with retail rollout planning and fixture prototyping, sourcing, production, and installation across multiple markets
- Experience supporting premium or flagship retail environments for global brand principals in a fast-paced, high-volume program
- Knowledge of retail construction standards, store-build timelines, and sustainability/materials-compliance requirements
Skills and Attributes:
- Proficiency with fixture design and production workflows, store layout and plan-o-gram development, and floor-plan/rendering tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable software), with strong working knowledge of retail merchandising principles, fixture engineering, and production specifications
- Maintains awareness and understanding of new fixture materials, production methods, retail design trends, and merchandising techniques, and has excellent presentation and visual communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic, time management, critical thinking, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations both internally (project-based) and externally (client-based)
- Committed to continuous learning and professional growth, supporting certifications, industry engagement, and embracing feedback and adaptability.
- Experience with fixture production management, vendor and budget oversight, and troubleshooting production, sourcing, or installation issues; comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-account, deadline-driven environment; and the ability to research retail trends, materials, and emerging in-store display technologies
- Cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, marketing, store design, construction, and supply-chain partners to deliver cohesive in-store programs
- Willingness to travel to retail locations and production facilities for installations, prototyping, and quality assurance
