Sr. Experience Designer

Position Overview: 

The Sr. Experience Designer leads the design of customer and user experiences for travel products and services, focusing on usability, accessibility, and emotional engagement to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams
• Advocate for user-centered design principles
• Continuously improve the user experience based on feedback and data

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in UX/UI or experience design
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field
