We are seeking a Senior Director, Neurology Field Medical Affairs, to lead our US-based Field Medical team, supporting our Neurology therapeutic area. In this role, you will shape and implement Field Medical strategy, build and develop a high-performing MSL organization, and drive scientific exchange with thought leaders. Responsible for providing oversight of all activities in accordance with current regulatory and health care compliance guidelines in the US. Participates in the coordination of investigator sponsored clinical trials as applicable.

Discover your role:
•    Lead and develop a national field medical team with credibility, compliance, and a customer-first mindset
•    Build strong relationships with thought leaders and healthcare professionals in Neurology and Myasthenia Gravis
•    Translate Medical Affairs strategy into clear field activity goals and metrics
•    Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Medical Information, and commercial teams to align on shared goals
•    Guide your team through complex scientific discussions, congress planning, and evidence communication
•    Identify gaps in research and education, then create opportunities to close them through investigator collaboration
•    Bring an analytical, evidence-based approach to problem-solving and decision-making
•    Communicate complex scientific information clearly to diverse audiences

This role requires:
•    Advanced medical or scientific degree (e.g., MD/DO, PhD, PharmD, NP, DVM) with 15+ years of experience in Medical Affairs
•    Demonstrated experience building, leading, and managing US field-based teams (MSLs), including direct people management
•    Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to build internal and external relationships
•    Experience in Neurology, with knowledge of Myasthenia Gravis highly desirable
•    Prior US product launch experience
•    Experience developing MSL-facing materials such as slide decks and FAQs
