ResponsibilitiesThis is an opportunity for a strategic, performance-minded digital marketer to help shape how State Farm accelerates growth within the digital quoting channel. In this role, you’ll lead media planning and execution across paid social, programmatic display, and emerging paid media opportunities within AI environments, helping drive acquisition efforts while influencing the future of media activation.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong channel expertise with curiosity, analytical thinking, and a test-and-learn mindset. The ideal candidate is energized by performance marketing, comfortable working across platforms and partners, and excited to identify new opportunities that move the business forward.
What You’ll Do
- Lead strategy, execution, and optimization across key digital media channels, including paid social and programmatic display, including those within AI-enabled and lead generation.
- Manage media budgets and campaign pacing with a strong focus on efficiency, performance, and business impact.
- Collaborate with measurement partners to turn campaign data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations that improve results.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and innovation opportunities, bringing fresh thinking to the team.
- Identify ways to improve processes, streamline activation, and increase the effectiveness of paid media investments.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for digital media strategy and best practices.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong experience in digital media strategy, planning, activation, and optimization.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google, Meta, Amazon, Snapchat, and others.
- Experience using audience, performance, and contextual insights to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity, initiative, and enthusiasm for testing new channels, technologies, and media opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on expertise in paid social and programmatic/display media preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into clear recommendations.
- Familiarity with the role of digital marketing in driving new growth for a large corporation and franchises is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills

Our BenefitsBecause work-life balance is a priority at State Farm, compensation is based on our standard 38:45-hour work week!
- Potential starting salary range: $97,000 - $123,000
- Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
- High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
- Potential yearly incentive pay up to 15% of base salary

Salary range: $106,700 - $135,300
