We’re looking for a Senior Contracts Management Specialist to join our team here at Jeppesen ForeFlight. You’ll lead negotiations and manage complex contracts that support global business. In this senior role, you’ll take the lead in external negotiations, partner with internal stakeholders, and provide innovative contractual solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Complex Negotiations: Take primary responsibility for negotiating and executing contracts, including sales, licensing, professional services implementations and intellectual property agreements.
• Represent Jeppesen ForeFlight with Customers: Serve as the lead negotiator in external engagements with diverse global customers.
• Shape Business Solutions: Present and develop innovative contractual solutions that drive growth and preserve business interests.
• Manage Contractual Risk: Summarize complex issues, develop mitigation strategies, and guide teams through risk management.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead coordination across finance, legal, operations, and other functions to align contractual strategy.
• Assess & Mitigate Risk: Conduct contractual risk analyses, recommend solutions, and coordinate mitigation strategies.
• Balance Priorities: Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a global team environment.
• Mentor & Support Team: Share expertise and help build capability across the contracts team.
• Travel as Needed: Domestic and international travel may be required.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in contracts, procurement, finance, or related business functions.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Proven skills in negotiation, communication, and risk management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to manage complex, high-pressure situations with sound judgment.
• High standards of ethics, integrity, and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and executing complex contracts/subcontracts.
• Experience with complex, multi-year implementation contracts
• Experience in a fast paced, high growth technology company
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and high-level customer negotiations.
• JD preferred, bachelor’s degree or higher in business, contracts, legal, or related field.

Summary Pay Range: $122,00-$150,000
