2 ServiceNow HRSD sr Consultants | Experience – 5 to 8 years

Experience: 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, 3+ years in HRSD

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and possess in-depth knowledge of integrations using REST API, scripting, and advanced concepts like Advanced Work Assignment (AWA), Performance Analytics (PI), and Transform Maps. The candidate should also have expertise in managing HR lifecycle events.

1 senior HRSD Developer/Consultant
-    Deep knowledge in ServiceNow HRSD
-    Experience in integration to SAP SuccessFactors
-    Knowledge in HR functions and processes flow
-    To advise the designed, setup of HRSD, best practises and etc.
1 senior HRSD Developer
-    Expert in ServiceNow HRSD module
-    Develop HRSD workflow

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Service Delivery: Configure and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and HR Service Portal.
• REST API Integrations: Develop and manage REST API integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and security compliance.
• Scripting and Automation: Leverage ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide) to automate processes, build business rules, client scripts, script includes, and manage workflows.
• Advanced Concepts:
  • Configure and manage Advanced Work Assignment (AWA) for task automation and workload distribution.
  • Use Performance Analytics (PI) to provide actionable insights into key HR metrics.
  • Configure Transform Maps to load data through integrations, ensuring smooth data migration and synchronization.

• HR Lifecycle Event Management: Design and manage workflows for HR lifecycle events such as onboarding, transitions, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal stakeholders, HR teams, and external partners to understand business needs, ensure solution alignment, and provide support during project execution.

Key Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with a focus on HRSD for at least 3 years.
• Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST API.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting and automation (JavaScript, Glide).
• Proficient in advanced ServiceNow functionalities like Advanced Work Assignment (AWA) and Performance Analytics (PI).
• Experience with Transform Maps to handle data loading and integration.
• Hands-on experience managing HR lifecycle events (e.g., onboarding, transitions, offboarding) within ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow HRSD Implementer certification is required.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
