You will design and deliver training programs while providing coaching to employees and managers. You will also manage complex employee relations cases and guide the organization through periods of change.
Your favorite part of HR is watching people grow. You build training that nobody checks their phone through, managers call you before a tough decision, and you stay calm when a team gets tense.
What you bring
You’ve spent five or more years as an HRBP or People Partner in a fast-growing company. You design and deliver training yourself, and you actually coach people. You’ve handled tough employee relations cases and organizational change calmly; you think commercially, and you’d rather fix a problem than discuss it for three meetings. Bonus points if you have ideas for how AI can make HR better.
