About the job 

The Sr Associate Program Manager will support the HR People Systems and Analytics team by driving end-to-end delivery of HR technology and analytics initiatives, including project planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment. This role partners across HR and business teams to ensure initiatives meet quality, timeline, and business outcome expectations, while providing program governance, status reporting, and risk management. The role also contributes to business analysis and reporting, supports HR systems and tools (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, iCIMS, MS365), and helps translate data into actionable insights that inform talent, systems, and process decisions. Success in this role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while driving execution and continuous improvement across HR programs. 

  

As a Sr Associate HR Program Manager, you will:  

  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track project progress. 

  • Communicate and track regularly on the status of project goals by ensuring project results meet requirements regarding quality, reliability, schedule, and cost. 

  • Assist with vendor management. 

  • Assist with special projects as assigned. 

  • Assist with adhoc/custom reporting request. Provide business analysis where applicable on the reports. 

  • Provide technical and functional support on the use of global HRIS applications, systems, and tools. (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, ServiceNow, M365, etc.)

Required qualifications  

  • Minimum of two - five years of experience in human resources and/or project management role. Preference given to those with previous HR experience. 

  • Demonstrated analytical skills including research, analyzing, and/or reporting information. 

  • Project management skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills. 

  • Working knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow, iCIMS, M365. 

  • Working knowledge of SOX compliance procedures. 

  • Advanced Excel experience is a must. (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.) 

  • Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.

  • Decision Making - Identifying and understanding problems and opportunities by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative information; choosing the best course of action by establishing clear decision criteria, generating and evaluating alternatives, and making timely decisions; taking action that is consistent with available facts and constraints and optimizes probable consequences. 

  • Driving Execution - Translating strategic priorities into operational reality; aligning communication, accountabilities, resource capabilities, internal processes, and ongoing measurement systems to ensure that strategic priorities yield measurable and sustainable results. Demonstrated experience with access and controls, audit and compliance  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)  

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively.
