Job Description

Responsibilities: Handle post-sales customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide technical support and troubleshoot product or service-related problems for customers. Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policies and service standards. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and internal teams to implement strategies for improving customer retention. Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues to recommend process improvements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, resolutions, and service metrics to support reporting and continuous improvement.
