Job Description

Insurance_Billing Administrator_Specialist_German

Responsibilities 

• Perform administrative tasks, including profiling, issuing documentation and letters, and monitoring mailboxes. 

• Support internal and external stakeholders, such as brokers and underwriters, via phone or email. 

• Enter and maintain data at the client and broker level, including payment terms, methods, and bank details. 

• Ensure high-quality service standards and keep data consistently updated. 

• Make small corrections to invoices and create or update payment plans in the system. 

• Manage credit notes daily to facilitate smooth refund processes. 

• Maintain billing data within the system to ensure billing accuracy. 

• Assist customers and colleagues with unexpected queries. 

• Address invoicing disputes as necessary. 

• Handle cancellations efficiently. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or experience in customer support, credit control, or billing.
• Strong telephone manner with good interpersonal skills for teamwork. 

• Curious, eager to learn, and willing to challenge conventions. 

• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, even under pressure. 

• Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan workload to meet deadlines. 

• Demonstrated personal integrity by fulfilling commitments. 

• Strong customer focus.
