Specialist, Inside Sales/销售支持

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Work with Account manager to prepare and deliver sales quotation
• Prepare and archive sales contract
• Prepare regular sales and pipe management reports
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce.com system
• Assist with account managers to follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns
• Good communication skills to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Work with operation team to ensure the completion of delivery
• Work with operation team to ensure the completion of Invoice

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Business Administration, or a related field
• 2 years+ working experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in the fitness industry is a plus
• English can be the working language

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in order inside sales, customer service, or a related role within a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP

• 具备良好的沟通能力，通过优质的销售服务确保高水平的客户满意度
• 与运营团队协作，确保订单顺利交付完成
• 与运营团队协作，确保发票准确及时开具

任职资格

• 本科及以上学历，工商管理或相关专业优先
• 2 年及以上相关工作经验
• 具备优秀的沟通和人际交往能力，能够与客户以及跨职能团队高效协作
• 具备较强的数据分析能力，能够基于数据做出合理决策
• 做事细致认真，具备较强的组织协调和问题解决能力
• 有健身行业相关经验者优先
• 英语可以作为工作语言

优先条件

• 有订单类内部销售、客户服务或相关岗位的工作经验，且适应快节奏的工作环境
• 有 ERP 系统使用经验者优先，例如 SAP
