The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The Specialist, Change Management – TMO plays a key role in helping transformation initiatives succeed by turning change strategy into practical action. This role develops tools, communications, and engagement materials that help employees understand what is changing, why it matters, and how to adopt new ways of working with confidence.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented practitioner who enjoys creating high-quality, easy-to-use materials, partnering with leaders, and making complex transformation efforts easier for teams to navigate. It offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, enterprise-wide change while building strong experience in execution, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Support Change Management Execution
Support development and execution of change plans for assigned initiatives
Build and maintain key change deliverables (e.g., stakeholder plans, impact summaries, readiness trackers)
Track adoption, engagement, and readiness metrics
Develop Communications and Materials
Draft employee communications and leader messaging
Create toolkits, FAQs, and quick reference guides
Ensure content clearly communicates what change means for employees
Conduct Assessments and Gather Insights
Support impact and readiness assessments
Gather feedback from stakeholders and employees
Identify risks and escalate as appropriate
Enable Leaders and Teams
Support development of leader toolkits and engagement materials
Assist in preparing leaders for communication and change activities
Ensure consistency of messaging across initiatives
Support Scaled Change Practices
Apply established tools, templates, and methodologies
Maintain change documentation and artifacts
Contribute to continuous improvement of TMO practices
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
2–4 years of experience in change management, communications, or related field
Strong writing and content development skills
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Effective collaboration and stakeholder coordination skills

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $125,600 - $172,700, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
