The role focuses on the technical setup and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns, specifically utilizing Marketing Cloud for email automation. Responsibilities include managing website content via CMS, testing landing pages, and providing basic campaign reporting and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support & Delivery
- Support the setup and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Assist with building and sending email campaigns using Marketing Cloud
- Help set up campaign assets such as landing pages, website content, and forms
- Test emails, forms, and landing pages to ensure everything works correctly before launch
- Support digital campaign activity across paid, owned, and earned channels
Email Marketing & Automation
- Build and update email templates and simple journeys in Marketing Cloud
- Support email scheduling, testing, and deployment
- Help ensure emails follow GDPR and consent rules
- Maintain accurate campaign naming and basic data hygiene
Website & Forms
- Make updates to website pages using CMS tools and existing templates
- Upload content, banners, and calls-to-action
- Assemble and test marketing forms to ensure correct data capture and tracking
Reporting & Optimisation
- Support basic campaign reporting (e.g. opens, clicks, leads)
- Help tag campaigns and support lead handover processes
- Assist in identifying small improvements to campaign execution and workflows
Collaboration & Learning
- Work closely with campaign managers and regional marketing teams
- Support multiple campaigns at the same time with guidance from senior team members
- Learn and follow documented campaign processes and best practices
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Some experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related internship/placement
- Interest in email marketing and digital campaigns
- Basic understanding of websites, emails, or online forms
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good organisational and communication skills
Desirable
- Exposure to email marketing platforms (Marketing Cloud or similar)
- Familiarity with CMS or CRM systems
- Interest in data, reporting, and marketing technology
