About Diversified:
Diversified is a global leader in audiovisual and media technology. We design and build innovative spaces and experiences for clients across industries such as corporate, entertainment, sports, retail, and government. Our team partners with organizations around the world to create environments that connect people through technology.
What to Expect:
At Diversified, you’ll work on exciting and complex projects with opportunities to grow your career. We offer a collaborative and flexible work environment, competitive pay and benefits, and a culture that values diversity, inclusion, and innovation. If you’re ready to grow, create, and make an impact, Diversified is the place to do it.
How You’ll Contribute:
The Solutions Architect – Audio will join a solid team of professionals who are passionate about growing Diversified's role serving live performance spaces, faith-based organizations, and faith-based broadcasters around the world.
You will serve as our subject matter expert for professional audio, leading loudspeaker system design and implementation across worship, live performance, and broadcast-integrated environments. You own the end-to-end audio architecture strategy in collaboration with our Vice President: Faith + Performance, creating solutions that include loudspeaker systems, mixing console platforms, wireless systems and RF coordination, networked audio transport, and broadcast audio integration – translating client and creative requirements into cohesive, scalable system designs. You have a knack for hearing what a room needs to become, and for pairing world-class sonic outcomes with practical, supportable engineering.
This role is empowered to define the audio standards, reference architectures, and innovation roadmap for the Faith + Performance market, with desired experience in L-Acoustics stereo and L-ISA immersive systems as well as d&b audiotechnik stereo and Soundscape systems. You will represent Diversified’s audio practice with influential end users, consultants, and manufacturers, promoting the market’s unique value proposition through innovative design-build and forward-thinking project results.
You will operate across the full project lifecycle – supporting pre-sales discovery and solution development, guiding design and engineering teams through implementation, and overseeing system tuning and commissioning – while mentoring both sales and design engineers in the audio discipline. Because we believe great designers stay sharp behind a console, continued outside contract work with relevant performance opportunities is encouraged.
This position is 100% remote and will require hours on the phone and in front of a computer, as well as travel to client sites, venues, and job sites for discovery, design validation, tuning, and commissioning – estimated 25% of the time, occasionally including evenings and weekends around event and production schedules.
At Diversified, we don't just follow tech trends - we set them. We define industry standards for high-quality outcomes, with a unique ability to take on projects with unmatched expertise. The world’s leading live performance brands and faith ministries come to us with their biggest problems and we turn their visions into reality ― their spaces into destinations. As a trusted partner to many of the most innovative names and brands in the world, we manage risk down to the details, so our clients can boldly create experiences that move their organization forward.
Our dedicated teams craft solutions experienced by millions every day including:
- Crafting award winning worship experiences for many of the largest and most innovative Faith organizations in the world
- Delivering the fan experience at one of 100+ sports facilities for the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, MLS, NCAA
- Building the first fly pack broadcast system transportable by air - bringing the 2022 World Cup and Super Bowl into homes across the world
- Engineering the first high-density pixel canvas to display HD content at that scale for the Vornado, Marriott Marquis LED Display in Times Square, NY
- Empowering and monitoring communication and collaboration solutions within multi-national companies around the globe
