We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Finance Transformation to design and deliver scalable, technology-driven solutions that modernize finance operations and accelerate digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals who combine deep business process knowledge with strong technical and architectural expertise to solve complex enterprise challenges.

As a Solutions Architect, you will work closely with business stakeholders, finance leaders, product teams, and technology partners to design end-to-end solutions that improve financial processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic business objectives. You will play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable solution architectures while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, governance, security, and long-term technology roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end solution architectures that support enterprise-wide Finance Transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance, business, and technology stakeholders to understand current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define future-state solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical architectures.
• Drive transformation initiatives across finance functions, including financial planning, reporting, reconciliation, close management, and process optimization.
• Define integration strategies between finance platforms, ERP systems, reporting tools, and enterprise applications.
• Evaluate existing technology landscapes and recommend architecture improvements that enhance scalability, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Lead solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and technical discussions with cross-functional teams.
• Develop architecture documentation, solution blueprints, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Ensure architecture decisions align with enterprise governance, compliance, security, and performance standards.
• Support implementation teams by providing technical guidance, resolving architectural challenges, and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve finance transformation capabilities.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and development teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet business expectations.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Applications, Digital Transformation, or Finance Technology.
• Strong expertise in Finance Transformation with a solid understanding of finance processes, accounting operations, and enterprise financial systems.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale solution architectures for finance modernization and digital transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, financial reporting solutions, workflow automation, and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience integrating finance applications with enterprise platforms using APIs, middleware, and modern integration technologies.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, solution design methodologies, and technology governance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance business requirements and technical constraints.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with experience working directly with business and executive leadership.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, enterprise integration patterns, data architecture, and automation technologies is an advantage.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary technology teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline, with a passion for driving business transformation through innovative technology solutions.
