We are looking for a Nonprofit Solution Architect to help us support our continued growth. The Solution Architect is responsible for owning the overall design of the technical solution as well as recommending best practice solutions based on client needs. They provide technical guidance to the development of Salesforce.com and other SaaS applications to support business and product strategies. A Solution Architect facilitates discovery sessions to understand client processes and challenges and translates findings into technical requirements supported by a documented solution design. They provide thoughtful leadership and communication to project and client team members in order to build the foundation as a trusted partner.
