The Solution Architect will serve as the technical bridge between Tenstorrent and customers in India, guiding AI solution designs and deployments. They will troubleshoot hardware and software issues while building strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal engineering teams.

We are looking for a Solution Architect to serve as the technical bridge between Tenstorrent and customers across India. Based in India, you will work closely with customers, partners, sales, and global engineering teams to understand AI and machine learning workloads, guide technical solution designs, work with internal teams on tokenomics and guide customer discussions, evaluations and deployments, troubleshoot issues across hardware and software, and help customers realize the performance of Tenstorrent’s AI platforms. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role that combines hands-on technical problem solving, solution development, and relationship building across the Indian market, with frequent travel to customer sites throughout India and beyond.
This role is remote, based out of India.
