We are currently seeking an experienced SAP professional with a passion for customer service, outstanding analytical skills and a desire to be part of a winning team. This individual will be an innovator and outside the box thinker – willing to challenge norms and break through paradigms to maximize customer value.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in pre-sales activities (RFP responses, Client Discovery, Demo Preparation and Delivery)
• Assist SD competency lead in QA checks on SD implementations
• Work with SD competency lead to drive improvements in Syntax SD intellectual property and delivery capabilities
• Take lead in design of complex SD enhancements and/or extensions to standard SAP
• Provide functional and architectural guidance to teams designing leading edge solutions in the SD space (e.g. Mobile solutions, Business Intelligence)
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 full life cycle implementations of SAP
• 10+ years of SAP experience
• 3rd party ordering
• Pricing interfaces
• International trade (optional)
• Intra-stat (optional)
• Ability to work in the US and Canada
• Proficiency in English is necessary for client-facing implementation activities across multiple regions
