At CrossnoKaye, we’re building technology that transforms how heavy industrial systems operate, bringing intelligence, visibility, and efficiency to environments that have historically been underserved by modern software. We combine best-in-class software engineering with advanced physics-based modeling and modern AI practices to solve complex, high-impact challenges.
Our Software organization spans Software Engineering (Platform, Applications, UX, Control Systems, and Agent development) along with teams focused on Engineering Foundation (Reliability Enablement, Technical Strategy, and Production Excellence). Our tech stack includes Go (Golang), Python, React, and AWS, and time-series databases to process and gain insight from real-time data. We use Kubernetes, Docker, and Honeycomb to build and operate distributed systems that connect software directly to industrial hardware in the field.
Together, these teams build and scale the systems that power our products - from core infrastructure to customer-facing applications used in real-world environments.
