Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions using .NET Core/C#.
Build, deploy, and support cloud-native applications on AWS.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to engineering best practices and coding standards.
Develop and execute unit tests and contribute to test automation efforts to ensure application quality, reliability, and performance.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Participate actively in code reviews, design discussions, and technical problem-solving to drive continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve production issues with a strong focus on performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Utilize ADO/Jira for sprint planning, tracking, and execution, and Confluence for technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
Take end-to-end ownership of features, from design and development through deployment and production support, as a strong individual contributor.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech.) or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2-9 years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record of designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions.
What You May Need to be Successful:
Strong experience with .NET Core / C#
Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.)
Solid understanding and practical experience in unit testing (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest, etc.)
Exposure to test automation frameworks and practices
Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
Strong fundamentals in:
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Data Structures and Algorithms
- Design Principles and Patterns
- RESTful APIs and Microservices concepts
- Good problem-solving and debugging skill
Good to Have (Nice-to-Have Skills):
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of docker and containerization
Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Experience with performance optimization and monitoring
Understanding of security best practices in cloud applications
Use AI tools optimally for development tasks
