Senior Shopify Graphic Designer

Job Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Shopify Graphic Designer to act as the primary client point of contact for a fast-paced agency. This role seamlessly combines graphic design, data-driven marketing strategy, and client account management, making it ideal for a collaborative multi-tasker with a strong US-CPG design portfolio and the ability to thrive in a full-time, EST-aligned remote environment.

Core Tasks:

• Act as the point of contact for client communication and work delivery (primarily via Slack)
• Assist clients in translating ad concepts into ad angles
• Design static images and motion graphics to support various client projects
• Review ad performance reports and summarize into actional client recommendations
• Flag roadblocks early and surface issues before they become delays
• Work closely with other departments to consistently deliver high quality client work on time
• Track performance data, identify trends, and adjust strategy as needed

Must Haves:

• 2 - 4+ years experience in a client-facing creative strategist role
• 2 - 4+ years experience as a graphic designer (preferably in a fast-paced agency setting)
• Portfolio demonstrating a history of design work for US-based CPG brands
• Intermediate-advanced graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite
• Extremely organized, dependable, and proactive in communication
• Confident in managing timelines and juggling multiple projects and tasks at once
• Excellent (C-level) English communication and project management skills
• Ability to work full-time EST aligned

Nice to Haves:

• Background working with fashion, beauty and / or apparel brands
