Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Software Developer to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level technology initiatives. This position plays a crucial role in shaping scalable, fault-tolerant software solutions and requires a systems-minded developer who thrives in collaborative environments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with both technical teams and executive leadership to bring complex projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, decoupled, and fault-tolerant software solutions
- Analyze inter-system workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
- Synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Collaborate across departments to deliver reliable software solutions
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or in final stages of completion)
- Master’s degree in a related discipline is a plus
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in software development
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in .NET and C#
- Strong experience with SQL
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming
- Experience with distributed systems and full-stack development
- Comfortable working in Agile development environments
- Architectural thinking and systems-level understanding

- Adaptability to new technologies and programming languages
- Timely and precise project execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- Fluency in English is required
