Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer IV professional with at least 10 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale data solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in SQL, Snowflake, dbt, Sisense and Databricks, with strong experience building ETL/ELT pipelines, real-time and batch data processing solutions, data transformations, and production-grade data integrations. This position requires a highly technical, hands-on engineer who can design solutions as well as develop, troubleshoot, optimize, and support complex data pipelines.

Skills and Background You’ll Need

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related degree is preferred.

Experience: 10+ years of overall hands-on data engineering experience. Strong experience working in complex enterprise environments. Experience supporting business-critical and high-volume production data platforms. Ability to work across architecture, development, infrastructure, application, and business teams.

• CI/CD and automated deployment practices

• BI Tool - PowerBI , Sisense
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
• Experience working in Voluntary Insurance Business is preferred.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
