Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineer 2, Salesforce to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will help design, build, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Apex development, workflow automation, integrations, Omni-Channel routing, CTI systems, and Salesforce platform best practices. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

What Will Excite Us?

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

● 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

● Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, asynchronous processing, and governor limits

● Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations along with Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Marketing Cloud Connect

● Experience with Omni-Channel, queues, round-robin routing, and workflow automation

● Experience integrating CTI/dialer platforms like Aloware, Aircall, Knowlarity, Salestrail, or similar systems

● Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Salesforce integration patterns

● Experience with Flow Builder, LWC, Git, and CI/CD practices

● Strong debugging, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

● Agile, adaptable, and comfortable operating in high-ownership environments.

What Will You Be Doing?

●Design and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, Queueables, and asynchronous processes while adhering to governor limits

● Build scalable automations using Flow Builder, validation rules, approval processes, and custom business logic

● Work extensively across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud implementations and enhancements

● Implement Omni-Channel routing, queues, round-robin assignment logic, and workflow automation for sales and support operations

● Integrate CTI and telephony platforms such as Aloware, Aircall, Knowlarity, Salestrail, or similar dialer systems within Salesforce

● Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, customized Platform Events, and external systems

● Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and maintain reusable, scalable Salesforce solutions

● Troubleshoot production issues related to automations, routing logic, integrations, and platform performance

● Collaborate closely with business, marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions

● Work independently with high ownership and contribute in a fast-paced agile environment

Good To Have :

● Salesforce Platform Developer I certification

● Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or marketplace businesses
