Looking for a Front-End Developer to join our Connect squad! You’ll be part of a highly engaged group that values people as much as skill. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, test, and document front-end features for XLerate web experiences using React 

• Implement UI flows that support automations, communications, and related Connect product workflows for fitness entrepreneurs 

• Collaborate with developers and QA Engineers to design, develop, test and release new features 

• Maintain code quality and participate in reviews; grow ownership of front-end slices over time 

• Be involved in a data-driven decision-making process and continuous improvement through retrospectives 

• Work with an energized, fun, friendly and customer-focused cross-functional team 

• Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and testers to transform ideas into unique, human experiences for fitness entrepreneurs 

• Use cutting edge Agile & Lean ways of working underpinned by DevOps and CI/CD 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field exp. preferred 

• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript 

• 2+ years of experience with front end (using React), working on web applications 

• Understanding of React fundamentals and component-driven UI 

• Knowledge of modern Quality and Testing principles 

• Comfortable learning new technologies and systems 

• Basic knowledge of code versioning tools – we have workflows in place, and you don’t need to be an expert, just open to learning 

AND IT’S GREAT TO HAVE 

• Strong TypeScript experience 

• Experience with design systems or component libraries 

• React Native understanding 

• Experience with Angular 

• Knowledge of tooling around continuous deployment 

• Working knowledge of MongoDB 

• Exposure to AWS or similar cloud platforms 

• Interest in CRM or data-intensive product domains 

Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and market considerations. The anticipated compensation range for this position is -
