RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, test, and document front-end features for XLerate web experiences using React
- Implement UI flows that support CRM day-to-day workflows for fitness entrepreneurs
- Collaborate with developers and QA Engineers to design, develop, test and release new features
- Maintain code quality and participate in reviews; grow ownership of front-end slices over time
- Be involved in a data-driven decision-making process and continuous improvement through retrospectives
- Work with an energized, fun, friendly and customer-focused cross-functional team
- Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and testers to transform ideas into unique, human experiences for fitness entrepreneurs
- Use cutting edge Agile & Lean ways of working underpinned by DevOps and CI/CD
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field exp. preferred
- 1+ year of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- 1+ years of experience with front end (using React), working on web applications
- Understanding of React fundamentals and component-driven UI
- Knowledge of modern Quality and Testing principles
- Comfortable learning new technologies and systems
- Basic knowledge of code versioning tools – we have workflows in place, and you don’t need to be an expert, just open to learning
- Strong written and verbal communication
AND IT’S GREAT TO HAVE:
- Stronger TypeScript experience
- Experience with design systems or component libraries
- React Native understanding
- Experience with Angular
- Knowledge of tooling around continuous deployment
Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and market considerations. The anticipated compensation range for this position is -
- annually. In addition to base compensation, eligible employees may be offered other forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentive programs, where applicable.
