Job Description

Designer / Art Director – Social Playbook Project

Remote

Hours/week: ~12–15 Hours/Week

Project Fee: $5,250 (paid out weekly over the course of the project)

Overview We're looking for a talented Art Director or Senior Designer with a strong social media lens to help bring a completed Social Playbook to life visually. All content and copy are written — this role is purely about design execution. The final deliverable will be a polished, presentation-ready document (~40–50 pages) built in PowerPoint and exported as a PDF, destined for a senior leadership audience.

Timeline Kicking off the week of June 9th, with the final deliverable due in early July.

Responsibilities

  • Take existing written content and transform it into a visually compelling, social-forward playbook
  • Design a cohesive look and feel that feels modern, on-brand, and easy to navigate
  • Build the full document in PowerPoint with a clean, presentation-ready layout
  • Export and package a final PDF version optimized for sharing
  • Incorporate feedback through revision rounds to get the deck to a leadership-ready standard

Qualifications

  • Art Director or Senior Designer background — not strictly a presentation designer
  • Strong social media design sensibility; understands how to visually communicate social strategy
  • Proficient in PowerPoint (required) and comfortable designing for both screen and PDF formats
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for hierarchy, typography, and visual storytelling
  • Able to work efficiently and independently within a tight timeline
  • Estimated commitment of 12–15 hours per week
