Social Media Specialist (Remote)

The Role:

We are looking for some pro-active social media assistants to volunteer with us, they will monitor our channels on a day to day basis sharing shifts on a rota basis. We want you to become the best that you can be so we will offer you training and a support package to allow you to progress

Responsibilities:

• Develop a social media strategy to promote brand presence
• Create original, engaging content to drive interest and build buzz around our community
• Monitor for customer communication and respond to queries in a timely manner
• Monitor our FreshService platform to ensure online presence
• Stay up to date with developments in social platforms

Requirements:

• Tech-savvy with a prominent social presence on one or more networks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of FreshDesk and Hootsuite
