What you will do:

  • Manage Populix's social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, and X), including planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing 25–30 pieces of content per month (mix of image and video) while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Develop content ideas and creative briefs, collaborate with designers, and perform simple video editing using CapCut for social media content.
  • Capture simple photo and video content to support marketing campaigns, including behind-the-scenes and promotional materials.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and platform best practices to optimize content performance and community growth.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports, analyze key metrics, and provide recommendations for content improvement.
What you will need:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Social Media Specialist
  • Currently not in a WFO arrangement 
  • Proven track record managing multi-platform social media accounts
  • Strong copywriting skills, can write both short-form captions and long-form strategic briefs
  • Experience writing structured content briefs for a design or creative team
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting social media analytics independently
  • Able to work with niche or specialised topics 
  • Self-managed, proactive, and reliable in a remote environment
