About the role

Crazy Frog Pest Control is hiring a creative, analytical and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing remote team. The role will be responsible for formulation and implementation of social media strategies to generate brand awareness, audience engagement, customer acquisition and company digital presence across various platforms.

The appropriate candidate is a content developer with a strong strategic and data-driven attitude. This role will assist in defining and maintaining the company’s voice on the internet and work cross-functionally to support marketing activities, customer communications, and business growth goals.

Main responsibilities

create, create and maintain social media plan in line with company objectives and brand guidelines

Develop, develop, produce and manage content across social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube and any other channels that become important

Develop engaging content including captions, creatives, ad campaigns, instructional information, and customer communications

Manage campaign timetables across several campaigns and manage content calendars

Timely and experienced monitoring of audience engagement, comments, messages and online conversations

Monitor campaign effectiveness and measure engagement metrics, reach, conversion trends and audience behavior

Prepare reports and recommendations for growth and improvement opportunities

Collaborate with Customer Support, Operations and Leadership teams to provide consistent messaging across channels

Monitor industry trends, competition activity, and platform advancements to identify potential opportunities

Support sponsored social marketing and digital advertising tactics as needed

Online reputation management and community engagement programs support

Maintain brand consistency, ensuring all material aligns with the company’s values and communication standards

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or equivalent subject preferred

Minimum 2 years experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, content strategy or related sector preferred;

Strong grasp of social media platforms, audience engagement tactics and content optimization approaches

Proven superior written communication and content writing capabilities

Experience with social media management tools and scheduling tools

Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Strong analytical skills with experience in performance measurements and campaign results analysis

Self-motivated and capable of working alone and remotely in a team environment

Excellent time management and project coordination skills with high attention to detail

Qualifications

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software

SEO/digital content strategy knowledge

Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and social media reporting tools

Experience running paid social media ad campaigns

Experience supporting customer facing brands or service oriented enterprises
