ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage and grow multiple clients’ social media accounts, creating engaging content, planning campaigns, and optimizing posts to boost visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and preferably has experience working with clients to execute effective social media plans. Agency experience and a solid understanding of social media’s impact on SEO are highly valued.

DUTIES:

  • Manage social media accounts for multiple clients (organic posts of all types).

  • Create and manage social media paid campaigns; experience in e-commerce campaigns is a plus.

  • Implementing and maintaining conversion tracking for social media platforms “Meta Pixel” is a plus.

  • Create, plan, and maintain monthly content calendars for social media channels.

  • Design visual content using Canva or similar tools.

  • Optimize social media content to support SEO and improve reach/engagement.

  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure content aligns with strategy and branding.

  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.

  • Monthly reporting of social media performance (KPIs) for all accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–4 years of experience in social media marketing; agency experience is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Design skills (Canva or equivalent).

  • Understanding of SEO principles and how social media content assists in SEO.

  • Excellent communication & written skills in English and Arabic.

  • Experience managing multiple client accounts.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience with paid social campaigns is a must.
