About the Role 

We're looking for a hands-on Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to own our social media marketing service. From building our paid ad infrastructure from the ground up to sourcing creators and scaling winning campaigns. This is a hybrid creative-and-performance role ideal for someone equally comfortable filming a UGC-style video as they are reading a cost-per-click report. 

Responsibilities 

Influencer & Creator Management 

  • Identify, outreach, and manage relationships with influencers for product seeding campaigns 
  • Brief creators on content direction and ensure deliverables meet brand standards 
  • Build and maintain a roster of brand-aligned content creators 

Paid Social & Account Setup 

  • Create, verify, and configure Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads Manager accounts linked to the brand 
  • Claim and optimize brand pages across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook with consistent handles, bios, and visual identity 

Content Creation 

  • Produce and/or direct creative video ads tailored for social media platforms 
  • Develop and test creative formats including UGC-style walkthroughs, testimonials, and lifestyle content 

Performance & Growth 

  • Launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok 
  • Scale winning ad creatives by increasing budgets on top-performing audiences and duplicating campaigns into broader lookalike segments 
  • Continuously test and iterate on creative formats to reduce cost-per-click and improve conversion rates 

What We're Looking For 

  • Proven experience running paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok 
  • Hands-on experience with influencer outreach and seeding 
  • Strong creative eye with video production or direction experience 
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable using data to make creative and budget decisions 
  • Self-starter who can set up systems and workflows from scratch 

 

A case study is required upon interview selection
