Daybook Financial Group is hiring a Social Media Manager to own our presence and turn it into a real growth channel — not just a posting calendar.
What You'll Own
- Plan, write, and publish content across LinkedIn (primary channel), Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook and Instagram building a consistent posting cadence
- Create posts built to stop the scroll for our audience — mid-market CFOs, Controllers, and business owners, also targeting Filipino audiences who wants to work with Daybook Financial Group — using angles that trigger real reactions
- Manage all engagement: replying to comments, DMs, and building relationships in the comments of others' posts
- Own Chris's (Founder) personal LinkedIn presence alongside the company page
- Track performance and double down on what's working; kill what isn't
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years managing social media for a B2B brand, ideally professional/financial services
- Strong writing skills with a sharp, non-corporate voice
- Comfortable with Canva for visual content
- Understands how to write for a business decision-maker audience, not a consumer one
