Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative, intuitive, and highly organized Social Media Virtual Assistant to support a transformational coach specializing in nervous system regulation, somatic practices, grief support, and life transitions.

The ideal candidate will help increase online visibility, strengthen audience engagement, and support the development of authentic, calming, and trust-centered content across social media platforms, primarily Instagram and LinkedIn.

This role is ideal for someone who understands wellness, coaching, mindfulness, emotional healing, or holistic lifestyle brands and can communicate with empathy and emotional intelligence.

Scope of Work:

  • Social Media Management
    • Assist in planning and organizing content calendars
    • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
    • Maintain consistent online visibility and posting cadence
    • Monitor content performance and recommend improvements
  • Content Creation
    • Create graphics and visual assets using Canva
    • Edit short-form videos, reels, and Instagram content
    • Repurpose existing photos, videos, and content assets
    • Maintain a calm, authentic, and emotionally grounded brand aesthetic
  • Strategy & Growth Support
    • Help improve social media visibility and audience trust
    • Support stronger calls-to-action and engagement strategies
    • Identify content types that resonate best with the target audience
    • Assist with social media growth aligned with attracting paying clients rather than vanity metrics
  • Community Engagement
    • Monitor comments and direct messages
    • Initially observe the client’s communication style before responding independently
    • Respond to common inquiries using approved FAQs and brand voice guidelines
  • Administrative & Collaboration Support
    • Organize content assets through Google Drive or Dropbox
    • Collaborate through email and potentially WhatsApp or Slack
    • Assist with maintaining brand consistency across platforms

Qualifications:

  • Required Skills:
  • Experience in social media management and content creation
  • Strong understanding of Instagram content trends and engagement
  • Experience using Canva for graphic design
  • Familiarity with editing reels and short-form videos
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Ability to capture and maintain a calm, authentic, and emotionally intelligent brand voice
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting coaches, therapists, wellness brands, or healing-focused businesses
