Role
: Social Media/Growth Manager

Monthly Rate: $1250 - $2150/month

Availability: Full-time - 40 hours/week

Time Zone: Flexible, with an overlap until at least 1 PM Pacific time

3️⃣ 1-Minute Introduction Video – Record a short introduction video (preferably using Loom) and provide the link in your application. Before you do, check out these video tips and sample videos. Important: By submitting your video, you grant Coconut permission to share it on our platforms to help increase your chances of being matched with a client. Videos with broken or dummy links will result in disqualification.

Requirements

Experience Needed:

- Own Robyn’s social and growth function end to end

- Get Robyn in front of the right ICP and drive paid user conversion

- Develop and execute growth strategy across Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok

- Decide what content to post, where to post it, and how to position it for the target audience

- Run experiments to find what messaging, channels, and tactics convert best

- Explore influencer outreach and other distribution tactics to expand reach

- Build a repeatable content/growth flywheel instead of just scheduling posts

- Focus on conversions and revenue impact, not vanity metrics like views alone

Good to have:

- Ability to test paid amplification after organic traction is proven

- Experience with creative/growth experimentation in early-stage startups

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Strong social media and growth strategy experience

- Can own strategy independently

- Hungry, proactive, founder-style mentality

Industry/Tools Experience:

- Twitter/X

- LinkedIn

- TikTok
