YOUR ROLE
The Product Line Manager (PLM) at Stio® executes seasonal product commercialization, line plan management & go-to-market communication for assigned categories within the mountain apparel line. The PLM translates market intelligence, sales data & consumer insights into line plan recommendations that support revenue growth, margin targets & assortment efficiency.
The PLM manages the seasonal line plan in Centric, maintaining data integrity & information flow from line plan to forecasting, demand planning & marketing. The PLM builds product briefs, develops GTM presentation materials & communicates product positioning, features & end use to cross-functional partners. The PLM has key accountabilities in seasonal timeline adherence, MSRP validation, margin proposal development & cross-departmental asset creation.
The PLM partners with Design on product architecture & aesthetic direction, with Development on product execution & timeline coordination, with Merchandising on assortment alignment & channel needs, and with Marketing on go-to-market positioning & storytelling.The PLM reports to the Product Line Director; Domestic travel required 30% of the year.

THE FINE PRINT
We provide competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives and benefits. The base salary range for this role is $70,000-$85,000. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of the range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications.
