Social Media, Email Marketing & Creative Virtual Assistant

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our growing fashion brand through social media management, email marketing, graphic design, and video editing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes ownership of their work, communicates confidently, and can thrive during busy campaign periods.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
  
• Assist with content planning and campaign execution.
  
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.
  
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
  

Video Editing

• Edit short-form videos for social media, ads and promotions.
  
• Create engaging, on-brand video content with captions, transitions, and graphics.
  

Graphic Design

• Design visually appealing graphics for social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  
• Maintain a premium and cohesive visual identity suitable for fashion brands.
  
• Create promotional graphics for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  

Email Marketing

• Create and schedule email campaigns using Klaviyo.
  
• Design visually appealing email layouts.
  
• Manage email lists and basic segmentation.
  
• Assist in monitoring campaign performance and making improvements.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with video editing: short form video
  
• Strong graphic design skills with an eye for aesthetics.
  
• Experience using Klaviyo for email marketing.
  
• Previous experience supporting fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands is highly preferred.
  
• Excellent written English communication skills.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
