Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create visually engaging and on-brand content, including graphics, short-form videos, reels, stories, and written posts for social media platforms.
  • Develop and manage a structured content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, brand messaging, and business objectives.
  • Write compelling captions and social copy that reflect Remoteli’s tone of voice and value proposition.
  • Edit photos and videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe software to meet platform best practices.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviour to inform content ideas and creative direction.
  • Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and operations teams to align content with ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
  • Engage with online audiences by responding to comments and messages where required.
  • Track content performance using analytics tools and provide insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and brand compliance across all digital content.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong content creation skills (visual, video, and written).
  • Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar).
  • Understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
