The client is looking for a creative and proactive Virtual Assistant who can manage and grow the brand’s social media presence while helping maintain a fun, engaging, and consistent online identity.

This is intended to be a long-term ongoing role with growth potential into video editing and YouTube content support.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain social media accounts primarily on:
    • Instagram
    • Facebook
    • Google Business/Profile
  • Create and schedule consistent weekly content
  • Ensure cohesive branding across multiple business locations
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule (minimum 2–3 posts per week per location)

Content Creation & Editing

  • Repurpose existing raw photos and video content into engaging social media posts
  • Create:
    • Reels
    • Short-form videos
    • Carousels
    • Promotional graphics
    • Captioned video content
  • Add subtitles/captions to videos for accessibility and engagement
  • Edit and enhance raw footage with:
    • Text overlays
    • Color adjustments
    • Music
    • Transitions
    • Branding elements

Brand & Creative Support

  • Understand and maintain the client’s brand voice:
    • Fun
    • Cheeky
    • Community-focused
    • Lifestyle-oriented
    • Educational yet approachable
  • Contribute creative ideas and suggestions for content improvement
  • Stay updated with social media trends while adapting them to the brand’s authentic style
  • Assist in creating engaging promotions and campaigns

Future Growth Responsibilities

Potential future tasks may include:

  • YouTube video editing
  • Long-form educational coffee content
  • Multi-camera video editing
  • Community-building campaigns
  • Google Ads support
  • Paid social media boosting
  • Additional marketing support
