Job Details: Job Location: Remote - Fully Remote, TX, Salary Range: $70000.00 - $90000.00Salary/year, Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist Company: Input 1 / gotoPremiumFinance Location: Remote or Hybrid Salary: $33.65/hour - $43.27/hour This is a non-exempt role   About the Role Input 1 and gotoPremiumFinance are hiring a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to manage our social presence and create content across writing, graphics, and video. You'll blend strategy with hands-on production to connect with insurance industry audiences.   What You'll Do Manage social channels across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit Create social copy, blogs, graphics, and short-form video content Run and optimize paid social campaigns via LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms Track performance metrics and use data to refine strategy Support executive and sales team social accounts Capture and produce content at industry events and conferences   What You Need Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 3+ years managing B2B or corporate social media accounts with measurable results Strong copywriting skills across both short-form and long-form content Proficiency with professional creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or DaVinci Resolve Experience with paid social ad platforms and campaign management   Nice to Have Background in insurance, insurtech, fintech, or SaaS Experience editing short-form video for digital platforms   Application Requirements After your resume has been reviewed, shortlisted candidates will be asked to provide the following: Links to social accounts, campaigns, or brands you've managed, plus portfolio examples of content you personally created A brief description of your role and any measurable results, noting which content you produced A short paragraph on one improvement you'd suggest for Input 1's or gotoPremiumFinance's social presence Candidates who advance past the resume review stage will be asked to submit portfolio links and work samples demonstrating writing, design, and/or video skills.
