About the Role

If you love bringing people together and making every detail count, this Small Meetings Manager / Generalist role could be your next great move. You’ll support Life Sciences meetings in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment where compliance, accuracy, and a great attendee experience all go hand in hand. From venue sourcing and budgets to onsite delivery and TOV reporting, you’ll help keep multiple programs running smoothly from kickoff to closeout. It’s a hands-on role for someone who’s organized, solution-oriented, and energized by making complex meetings feel seamless.

You’re Good At

  • Managing small meetings from start to finish while keeping timelines, budgets, and details on track
  • Working in a structured, compliance-focused Life Sciences environment where accuracy and follow-through matter
  • Handling venue sourcing, registration, delegate communications, and onsite logistics with confidence
  • Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams through clear, proactive communication
  • Staying calm under pressure, solving problems quickly, and juggling multiple deadlines without missing a beat

You Might Also Have

  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated meetings
  • Familiarity with TOV/Transparency reporting and maintaining audit-ready documentation
  • Comfort working with registration platforms, meeting websites, and event technology tools
  • Experience with post-event reconciliation, invoice review, and budget closeout
  • A service-first mindset and a knack for creating polished attendee experiences in deadline-driven settings

  • This role is virtual and will require 25-50% travel.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:25% to 50% 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Small Meeting Manager / Generalist  is between $55,000 - $65,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
