Skilled Trades Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated Skilled Trades Recruiter to help staff renewable energy, utility, telecommunications, infrastructure, and construction projects across the United States.

What You'll Do

• Source and recruit candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and outbound recruiting
• Conduct phone and video interviews
• Screen candidates for experience, certifications, licenses, and project fit
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS
• Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics
• Develop relationships with skilled trades professionals throughout the United States

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting within construction, renewable energy, utilities, telecommunications, industrial, or skilled trades environments preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar recruiting tools
• Ability to work U.S. business hours
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging passive candidates
