Profile Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Shopify experience, preferably supporting established e-commerce brands.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify Admin, including products, orders, inventory, collections, discounts, markets, shipping and associated applications.
• High level of written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to professionally manage customer enquiries.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy across high-volume and repetitive administrative tasks.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the confidence to ask clarifying questions, document processes and report on deliverables on time.

Core responsibilities:

• Shopify Administration – Manage products, variants, collections, tags, inventory, metafields and other catalogue information, ensuring data remains accurate and up to date.
• Order Management & Customer Support – Process returns, refunds, cancellations, order amendments and other customer requests while providing timely and professional support.
• Order & Fraud Monitoring – Review order issues and fraud flags, escalating or resolving matters in accordance with established business processes.
• Pricing & Promotions – Set up and maintain discounts, promotional pricing, price lists and other Shopify-based promotional activities.
• Markets, Tax & Shipping Management – Assist with Shopify Markets, tax settings, shipping profiles and other operational configurations across relevant markets.
• Shopify App Management – Work confidently across the Shopify app ecosystem, supporting integrations, troubleshooting issues and maintaining existing applications.
• Catalogue & Website Maintenance – Complete bulk catalogue updates using CSV imports/exports and Shopify bulk editing tools, while supporting merchandising and basic SEO requirements.
• Process & Operational Support – Maintain clear process documentation, meet operational deadlines, provide regular status updates and proactively identify issues or opportunities to improve Shopify workflows.
