The Opportunity

Are you a visionary architect who views ServiceNow not just as a tool, but as an enterprise-driving engine? We are looking for a ServiceNow Platform Architect to take the steering wheel of our client's platform ecosystem.

In this high-impact role, you won't just be maintaining systems—you will own the architectural roadmap, lead technical strategy, and design sophisticated, end-to-end solutions. As a key member of the ITSM team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across IT operations, security, and infrastructure to build a scalable, secure, and high-performing digital ecosystem.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Shape the Architectural Vision: Define and document the long-term roadmap for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring top-tier scalability, performance, and security across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and custom apps.

• Provide Technical Leadership: Lead technical design sessions, mentor development teams, and act as the trusted advisor for stakeholders on configuration and architectural best practices.

• Mastermind Integrations: Design and implement seamless integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools to drive absolute automation.

• Drive Governance & Optimization: Establish robust platform governance policies, review code standards, eliminate performance bottlenecks, and ensure strict compliance with industry security practices.

• Engage & Influence: Translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions, presenting your vision confidently to senior management and key stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

• The Experience: 7+ years of deep, hands-on experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem, moving successfully from implementation to high-level architectural design.

• The Module Expertise: Extensive, well-rounded knowledge of ServiceNow modules, specifically ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, and ITBM.

• The Integration Edge: Proven track record of designing complex system integrations and a strong grasp of platform security architecture.

• The Leader Mindset: A collaborative communicator who can guide technical teams, influence stakeholders, and clearly document sophisticated processes.
